This ULTIMATE Barbie collection consist of a 1959 first issue Blonde Number 1 Ponytail with lots of clothes !!!  98% are VINTAGE ORIGINAL with an exception of a few reproduction pieces.  I will try to describe them to the best of my ability but PLEASE ask questions as I might have overlooked something that is impotant to you.  ALL the outfits, except the BONUS for Buy it Now, are in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition and 90% are COMPLETE !!!  #1 BLONDE PONYTAIL -  Made by Mattel in 1959,  doll was bought from the original owner a few years ago, absolutely no retouches or repairs, her ponytail looks to be in the original condition with no missing hairplugs.  She has holes in her foot and one is pushed up all the way in and the other protruding some.  Her facepaint is vivid and stunning !!  I did the alcohol test on her lips when she was first purchased since it is so red and it passed with flying colors.  All her fingers and toes are accounted for with 99% nailpolish.  She has some normal uneven fading, she has a very small paint chip missing on her upper lip and 3 tiny pinpricks on the side of her right forehead.  I would say she is in excellent to near mint condition.  She will come with her original hoop earrings with NO green ears, black open toe heels with holes, sunglasses, black and white swimsuit, booklet, T.M. box (in fair condition with water stains) and a REPRODUCTION stand. The outfits included are :  EVENING SPLENDOR #961 - This is the early T.M. version and is COMPLETE with the hard to find hankie, pearl earrings and necklace has lost some luster, clutch needs brightening up. WEDDING DAY #972 - COMPLETE, one shoe split, necklace has lost luster and needs restringing.  PICNIC SET #967 - COMPLETE & MINT to Near MINT.  BUSY MORNING #956 - COMPLETE & MINT to Near MINT. CRUISE STRIPES #918 - COMPLETE & MINT to Near MINT. RED FLAIRE #939 - COMPLETE & MINT to Near MINT but both heels have splits. SWEATER GIRL #976 - COMPLETE & MINTY, colors are bright, one repaired moth hole in sweater and the shears has some tarnish. CAREER GIRL #954 - COMPLETE & in EXCELLENT condition. THEATRE DATE #959 - COMPLETE & Near MINT. SKI QUEEN #948 - COMPLETE & Near MINT except the goggles are not original but Mattel. TENNIS ANYONE? - #941 - EXCELLENT and Near COMPLETE,  the tennis dress is MINTY, only missing tennis book and the goggles are not original but Mattel. SOLO IN THE SPOTLIGHT #982 - EXCELLENT and Near COMPLETE, missing the necklace, original microphone is broken so I am including a REPRODUCTION one, the scarf is a REPRO. SINGING IN THE SHOWER #988 - BATHROBE ONLY and is MINT to Near MINT.  2 PIECE PAJAMA SET - Cute tailored p.j.'s in soft blue with white trim.
